i couldnt find it last time i was home, so if you want it and i find it i can burn a copy for you. 
but it all depends if i can find it, my copy of no friends 3 is missing to! it vanished like 5 years ago, that dvd was sick.</description>

			<description>not that i have them down or anything but can do the very odd one. 
line up your section with a decent amount of speed, hit the section and go into your roll, from the beginning to the middle of your roll bring your legs up and cross them (if your into that) and look in towards the face of the wave, keep looking over your shoulder trying to throw your hips into your spin motion, keep your board as flat against you as possible, and try and land in the middle of your board as flat as possible on the face of the wave so you dont bog and can finish off your spin if you need to.  there is different variations you can go for, and just practice practice practice getting a feel for the move</description>
