So its about that time i got a new pair of fins - my limited editions are falling to pieces!!!
Anyone on here tried stealth 2's?
I liked my limited editions, i just hate the bunions they have given me beside my big toes. anyone got a solution for the bunion problem that doesn't involve hardening the fuck up?

yo aran, the best thing is to buy (iso has them) pod fin socks, they are SO comfy you wil not have any discomfort and they keep your feet a fraction warmer.
they only cost about 30 bucks. seriously it will feel like trainers more than fins. the only disadvantage is they will only last 6 months and if your surfing stoney beaches its best not to use them, but sand beaches are great. even though they only last 6 months, once you try them you will be hooked. ps one solution to stoney beach's is to buy the higher cut ones but i have no experience with those. |

yeah i have 1 bunion its not so bad, but thats what i was meaning, the fins pressure on your feet and the socks take the pressure off, there made of neoprane... try them out.

how the hell can reducing the free space and restricting movement in the foot pocket take pressure off???honestly thats stupid .only thing the will stop/help with is cold feet and prelonging ulcers.

Yup- i hate fin socks! Suffocate my feet and make them cramp! I bought some of that tape physiotherapist use, just put it on there fin rubs and its good from there.

well i used them and it was really good, so what else can i say??? if your fins are super tight, then sure, but i have size 13 feet which is big and xl fins and theres no cramps or restrictions. its only 2mm thick.

I remember as a grom a cat named Damien who had this massive bunion on the top of his foot. Looked like this crazy 6th toe. He ended up just cutting a square out of his flipper was so haggard.

so funny, nah you gotta find the right fins for your feet or else nothing will work properly to make em comfortable.
I think someone should start a fin clinic like shoe clinic that find the right fin for ya feet, now I beat they'd have a few issues there (I've never had a foot I could'nt fit, bullshit!) |
